Find it here http://bit.ly/icat7pro Pros - Very portable folding drone with carrying case. - Available in bright orange color, making this drone very visible for LOS flying. Also includes dual bright LED lights in the belly to further enhance visibility. - Modular compartment for optional future in-flight accessories (megaphone, squirt gun, and drop controller). - 1406 brushless motors for motor durability. - 7.6V 3000mah battery provides up to 25 minutes flight time in hover (I got over 17 minutes on a breezy day). - Dual optical flow sensors to enhance hover stability when near the ground. - GPS system that provides automatic return to home and landing capability on command, loss of signal, and low voltage. - Two axis stabilized gimbal for video stability. - Video is recorded to an onboard SD card at 1080p resolution at 25 frames per second. - VS GPS app provides real time in-flight FPV video to your phone, along with advanced flight capabilities of follow me, orbit position, and waypoints. - Controller has external antenna, allowing LOS (not FPV) control range of up to 1200 meters. Controller also includes telemetry display of distance, speed, altitude, reception quality, battery power, and a compass rose to display drone heading. Cons - App requires a phone with 802.11ac WiFi. Before purchasing, first verify that your phone has 802.11ac WiFi capability, or you may be very disappointed as you will not be able to use the app. - Advertised weight of 235 grams does NOT include the weight of the battery. This drone with battery weighs 450 grams and will require registration in most countries. - Activating the waypoint feature repeatedly crashed the VS GPS app on my phone. - Drone's video is not very good. Although advertised at 4K, the video is only capable of being recorded at 1080p. Video is also somewhat washed out and scratchy, and includes quite a bit of jello. Still photos can be recorded to your phone at 4K, but are simply interpolated frame grabs of the 1080p video. - FPV video is somewhat short range. FPV video froze on my phone at about 80 meters. Cons - The app requires use of a phone with 802.11ac WiFi. Before purchasing, use Google to verify that your phone does indeed have 802.11ac WiFi (not everybody has such on their phone). - The drone's low rate is very slow in both horizontal speed and yaw (turning) rate. The intent is to aid processor image stabilization. - Requires using at least a Class 10 SD card for 1080p 60 fps video, and at least a U3 SD card for 4K video. Expect severe frame dropping if you attempt to use a slower speed card. - Weighs more than 250 grams. Requires registration in most countries. (MJX, for your next challenge...
